Do families need an account?
No. Families open a simple mobile link, choose what they are comfortable sharing, and submit feedback without signing in.
Can my funeral home see everything?
Not by default. You own your Standing File, it stays private, and you decide what to share and with whom.
Who can start a Standing File?
Anyone already working in funeral service—from interns and apprentices through licensed professionals, embalmers, removal and transport staff, crematory teams, service attendants, administrators, managers, and owners. Students have a separate site built around school, graduation, and the first job search.
What is a Proof Packet?
A Proof Packet is a small, purpose-built set of evidence you select from your private Standing File for one interview, review, license renewal, business conversation, or career opportunity. Only those selected items are shared; everything else stays private.
What does free during the Founding Rollout mean?
Professional access is open without charge while DirectorProof proves the product and learns which workflows matter most. You receive the complete current Professional experience, not a stripped-down teaser. Interns and apprentices use this working-professional path during required supervised training. Students use the separate free Student site while enrolled.
Will DirectorProof charge me later without asking?
